First Hydrogen-powered Supercar – Matador MH2

This is the MH2 Matador concept fully hydrogen powered, meaning if you burn hydrogen, the byproduct is just water.

Top speed: 250 km/h

Power: 600 HP

0-100 km/h: 3.9 sec

emissions: ZERO

Athlete’s body became the main inspiration for the design of the car. This concept uses mass and muscle only where it is really needed. As in the case of the athlete’s body, it has muscles where the performance and power come from and is lean and elegant everywhere else. Its silhouette narrows in shape in the central part of the body as athlete’s body does and provides crew space with just the perfect view outside the car.

The MH2 is powered by hydrogen fuel cells and introduces a unique hydrogen storage technology developed by Technical University of Kosice in Slovakia. This technology allows to store more hydrogen under much lower pressure which makes the care safer and provides a longer range. With its zero production of CO2 and NOx emissions, hydrogen is the green fuel of the future.
