Cambridge, Ontario; October 11, 2022—The Tire and Rubber Association of Canada (TRAC) announces changes to the Board of Directors following the resignations of Antoine Sautenet of Michelin North America (Canada) Inc. and Matt Livigni of Continental Tire Canada Inc.
Andrew Mutch of Michelin North America (Canada) Inc. and Kim Rolfe of Continental Tire Canada Inc. were appointed as directors to complete the expired terms of Mr. Sautenet and Mr. Livigni, respectively. Additionally, Pam Scarrow of Bridgestone, Chris Figel of AirBoss, and Kim Rolfe take on new officer roles as First and Second Vice-chairs, and Treasurer, respectively.
“Antoine and Matt have served with distinction as TRAC first vice-chair and treasurer, respectively. We are grateful for their leadership and dedication and wish them both well in their new roles in France and South Africa, respectively,” said Paul Downey, President and CEO of Pliteq, and TRAC Chair of the Board.
“Additionally, the Board of Directors would like to welcome Messrs. Mutch and Rolfe to the TRAC Board. We look forward to their expertise and support in advancing TRAC’s mission, vision, and strategic priorities.”
Andrew Mutch, president of Michelin’s Canadian operations, has over 30 years of experience working at all three of Michelin’s factories in Nova Scotia as well as company facilities in Oklahoma, and South Carolina. He has held roles in industrial engineering, manufacturing management, human resources, and strategic planning and investments.
Kim Rolfe, Controller and Assistant Treasurer of Continental Tire Canada, has over 27 years of experience working in various positions in the United States, Germany, and Canada. Kim has held roles in auditing, corporate accounting, plant and sales office controlling, and has participated in many projects ranging from administrative/manufacturing benchmarking, management information system development, M&A, and operational start-ups.
