CBSA Investigates Truck and Bus Tire Imports from China

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has launched investigations into allegations that truck and bus tires imported from China are being dumped and/or subsidized, potentially causing injury to Canadian producers. The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) will assess whether the imports are causing injury, while the CBSA investigates the alleged unfair pricing and subsidization. Preliminary decisions are expected by October 30 (CITT) and November 30 (CBSA).
