China and Cambodia Sign ‘$1 Billion Rubber & Tire Projects’ Agreement

Cambodian and Chinese officials have signed an MoU concerning plans to invest $1 billion (€910 million) in joint rubber & tire projects, Cambodia Development Council (CDC) has announced.
