Magna Tyres to Acquire Industra

Dutch supplier Magna Tyres is to acquire Industra, a Poland-based dealer of specialty tire services.

Industra specializes in the supply of industrial tires for forklifts and port handling machines, tires for earthmoving machinery, and tires, wheels and tracks for the agricultural sector. The company currently has a net turnover of nearly €10m (US$11.3m).

Following the acquisition, together with the existing structures of Magna Tyres Poland, Magna Tyres aims to strengthen its position within the industrial and off-the-road tire markets in Central and Eastern Europe. …
