Huayi Tire Canada Appoints Mike Matesic as Eastern Canada Sales Manager

AIRDRIE, Alberta; July 22th, 2026—Huayi Tire Canada, Inc. (HTC), Canada’s marketer and distributor for Double Coin and associate brands tires, announces the appointment of Mike Matesic as Eastern Canada Sales Manager. Matesic brings more than three decades of experience in the tire and automotive industries.

In his new role, Matesic will be responsible for supporting HTC’s dealer, distributor, and fleet customers throughout Eastern Canada while expanding market share for the company’s growing portfolio of commercial truck, off-the-road, and specialty tire products.

Matesic joins HTC from Dynamic Tire Inc., where he most recently served as Product Segment Manager, leading product strategy, lifecycle management, and market development. Prior to that, his career included sales leadership positions with Hankook Tire Canada, and Beverly Tire. Throughout his career, Matesic has successfully developed strategic partnerships by and helping organizations identify new opportunities for profitable growth.
