Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd. (President: Satoru Yamamoto) has recently installed a cooling device at the indoor ice testing facility « NICE (Nayoro indoor ICE field) » at the Nayoro Tire Proving Ground (Nayoro City, Hokkaido), which is the winter tire development center.
