Pirelli Design Is a Win-Win for Affluent Customers, Parent Company

Pirelli’s booming tire business is evolving with the newest generation of performance vehicles, from Formula 1 race cars to enthusiast sports cars to the Mercedes-AMG GLE that sits in the carpool line.

Its Pirelli Design arm is evolving as well, pushing the boundaries of the possible where art, recreation and beauty intersect.

« The core business at Pirelli, which is tires since more than 150 years, [is] very focused on premium and prestige segments and 100 percent of consumer tires, [from] cars to wheels, [of] bikes and cycling, » Marco Maria Tronchetti, senior vice president of Pirelli Design and assets conversion at Pirelli, told Newsweek. …
