RPRA Launching Consultation on How Administrative Penalties Collected Will be Used

RPRA is seeking feedback from stakeholders on how it should use any funds collected through administrative penalties. The consultation will take place from Monday, February 12 to Wednesday, March 27, 2024. Read the proposal.

Stakeholders should submit feedback on the proposal to [email protected] by March 27, 2024. RPRA will consider all feedback received during the consultation period. All feedback will be summarized in a consultation report and posted to this webpage when the consultation has concluded.

RPRA is also hosting a webinar on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. to present the proposal, answer questions, and gather feedback from stakeholders. …
