Sumitomo Rubber Industries reported an 8.3% rise in sales revenue to ¥619.8 billion for the six months ended June 30, 2026, with business profit jumping 40.6% and profit attributable to owners of the parent soaring 79.9%. Profitability improved notably, as the business profit margin increased to 6.4%, total equity rose, and cash and cash equivalents strengthened, supporting a higher interim dividend and an upgraded full-year earnings outlook for 2026.
