RPRA has posted the final 2026 program fees for the Excess Soil and Hazardous Waste Program (HWP) registries and producer responsibility programs for batteries, electronics, Blue Box materials, hazardous and special products, tires and lighting.

The table below details all changes made to originally proposed 2026 rates, and the final approved 2026 rates.
