Toyo Tires Announces Changes to Organizational Structure

Hyogo, Japan – January 31, 2022 – Toyo Tire Corporation (President & CEO: Takashi Shimizu) announces changes to its organizational structure, assignments for executives, and personnel changes as follows.

1． Organizational Structure Change

The following change of the organizational structure will take effect on February 1, 2022.

• In order to enhance the ability to address organizational issues of the automotive parts business, the Automotive Parts Business Development Division will be established under the Business Headquarters.

2． Changes in Business Duties and Retirement of a Corporate Officer and Full-Time Advisors

The following changes will take effect on February 1, March 1, and March 25, 2022, respectively.
