TIA’s Hall of Fame Nominations Deadline Approaching

The Tire Industry Association (TIA) is seeking nominations for induction into the Tire Industry Hall of Fame. The deadline for submitting nominations is Friday, July 1, 2022.

Persons selected will be recognized October 31, 2022, during the Tire Industry Honors program prior to the opening of the Global Tire Expo—Powered by TIA /SEMA Show in Las Vegas.

The Hall of Fame Award is the tire industry’s highest honor. Its purpose is to honor, preserve and perpetuate the names and outstanding accomplishments of people who have either contributed greatly to the growth and/or development of the tire industry, demonstrated high standards, ideals and leadership in the management of their businesses and in the tire community (including the retail, commercial, retreading and rubber recycling segments), or achieved successes that distinguish them from others.

The Hall of Fame celebrates the achievements of leaders who have shaped the tire industry over the past century. For a complete list of past recipients, click here.

The award is open to all in the tire industry, including manufacturers, inventors, publishers, equipment suppliers, tire dealers, tire association executives, retreaders and tire and rubber recyclers. Nominees shall not be limited by nationality, sex, creed, color or race. Nominees may be working, retired or nominated posthumously. Accomplishments in the fields of civic, cultural, educational or charitable endeavors outside the tire, retreading and recycling industries will be considered but are not a primary consideration as attributes for selection.

For consideration, please fill out the online form below and upload a high resolution (.jpg format, 300 dpi preferred) headshot photograph of the nominee. If you prefer to fill out a paper copy of the form, please click here to print the registration fillable form.
